How to put on Waist Trainer/Body shaper
Step 1: Start on the row that you will feel comfortable with (usually the first, loosest row). All kinds of waist trainer have 2-3 hook and eyes to let you adjust its size
Step 2: Then wrap it around yourself situating the bottom of the waist trainer above your midsection or the area that most protrudes outward. The hooks should be on the right side, and the eyes on the left.
Step 3: Try from the bottom clasp and quickly get it closed. Grip the trainer from the bottom (one hand on each side) and overlap the two sides until you can fasten the bottom hook. Waist trainers does contain latex to allow itself stretch to endure traction. Don’t worry about where the trainer is positioned at this point – we will pull it down and adjust in the next step.
Step 4: After fastening the bottommost hook, pull you waist trainer down slightly over your midsection. Move your hands to grip the waist trainer around the middle now and fasten the next hook from the bottom. Do and breathe slowly. Don’t be rush! Gradually work your way up, securing the rest of the hooks and pulling the waist trainer down to position it as needed. Do not feel disheartened when experiencing some of the hooks to unfasten as you move upward – simply re-hook them.
Step 5: You need to be sure the first row of waist trainer stays on the same line with your umbilical. Move your hands upward as you work your way up until you get to the top hooks. Grip both sides of the trainer with each hand from the top as you secure these final hooks. Adjust your trainer so that it sits, straightened, throughout the length of your torso.
The first days after you get your waist trainer or girdle, it’s recommended to use it from 4 to 5hours per day for the first two weeks, this in order to accustom your body to the new firm and styled position. After two weeks, you can increase its use to up to 8 hours daily, 10 at most, with the purpose of not demanding to much of your body and looking for this process to be as comfortable as possible. Remember that excesses are never beneficial.
