• Due to the UK Public Holidays, shipping may be slightly delayed as they are not considered working days.
• Secret Curves is not responsible for any delays in delivery caused by unclaimed packages or incorrect shipping addresses (the shipping address that the customer provides at the time of the purchase is the address we will ship to). 
• Secret Curves is not responsible if the shipping company loses a package, or if your order has been delivered but you haven’t received it, in both cases, the customer should contact the corresponding courier company to open a case.

• Import duties, Taxes and charges are not included in the items price or shipping cost. These charges are under the buyer’s responsibility.
• We are unable to predict the costs of customs and import, and for this reason we highly recommend to contact your local customs office for more information
• Due to the continued effects of Coronavirus on our people and ways of working, some delays are expected.
• Also due to BREXIT please be aware that your order will have to go through customs as a normal procedure, in some cases they may hold your item for a number of days. Secret Curves has NO control of this timescale.
• Secret Curves is not responsible for the delay of the shipping company of customs matters.

Returns

Unfortunately, Secret Curves is no longer offering exchanges. You can return your item to us and place a new order to receive the item of your choice. Once your return is received at our warehouse and processed, you will receive a refund back to your original payment method.

RETURNS POLICY

Due to the nature of the garment, we do not except any returns on our:

• Gluteus Enhancers 
• Thong shapers
• Shapers with the crotch area
• Bras
• Gel/Creams
• Body wraps
• Clearance/sale items
• Free gifts

All items must be returned within 14 days of receipt and must meet the following guidelines:

• Unworn (only tried on for size)
• Unstained (make up, fake tan, stains, marks etc)
• Unwashed
• Free of scents (perfume, tobacco smoke or laundry detergent etc)
• No animal or pet hair
• No stretch marks or permanent wrinkles
• Complete with original packaging
• In its original packaging, containing all its parts and accessories

​We reserve the right to refuse any refunds if the above procedures have not been followed. In the case of it being refused, item will be posted back to the original shipping address.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods and keep your receipt safe for proof of postage.

Please note: The original shipping charges are non-refundable and if your shipping fee was waived (thanks to free shipping promotion), refunds will be made excluding the shipping fee (flat rate of £4.80)

REFUND TIME:

For security reasons, we can only make refunds to the original payment method you used to place your order.

FAULTY / incorrect ITEMS:

In the event that you receive a damaged/defective item or received the wrong item please contact us immediately at secretcurvesonline@hotmail.com

PLEASE NOTE

Latex products – Upon removing your product from the packaging for the first time, a strong latex smell or odour maybe apparent, but this soon wears off. The latex panels may also come with a white or powdery film on it, as well as glossy or oily patches, however this is not a sign of item being used, dirty or defected.

These products arrive like this from the factory, in order to help protect the latex. The products may also have glue residue marks on seams or circle glue spots, this is not a quality issue. All our waist trainers are individually hand made.
