1. Can i amend my order?
We are very quick at processing orders to make sure that you receive it as soon as possible, once an order has been shipped, we’re unable to ament it.
Will I be charged customs or Import duties? We are unable to predict the costs of customs and import, and for this reason we highly recommend to contact your local customs office for more information
2. Where is my order?
All our parcels are sent through royal mail, once your order has been dispatched we will sent you an automated email with your tracking details which can then be followed via www.royalmail.com
3. My order is late/part missing?
If your order has not arrived by our estimated delivery date, we advise you to check the delivery address is correct via your order confirmation email. Alternatively, you can track your order through www.royalmail.com, if you are still concerned please contact us immediately.
4. Do you give refunds?
We do not offer refunds, however we may be able to exchange some products is they meet the exchange policy. Please refer to return policy for further information.
5. How ling does it take to process my order?
Exchange will be processed within 3-5 working days of the product being received in our warehouse. You will receive an email notification confirming when the item has been shipped.
6. How much does it cost to return an item?
Returns are made at customers expense, unless your item is faulty.
